Every spring, San Francisco’s Pacific Heights comes alive as the city’s finest designers breathe new life into an iconic home, creating an experience that blends art, storytelling, and community impact. The 46th Annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase, located at 2935 Pacific Avenue, is no exception. This year, from April 26 to May 26, 2025, visitors will step into a masterpiece—one that not only tells a story through stunning interiors but also supports the San Francisco University High School (UHS) Financial Aid Program.
A Home of History and Prestige
Nestled in the prestigious Pacific Heights neighborhood, the decorated residence offers not just a tour through design innovation but also a glimpse into architectural legacy. Originally built in 1902 by T. Paterson Ross and revived with extensive renovations in 2009, this five-level mansion spans a remarkable 9,400 square feet. Boasting eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half-baths, the home’s contemporary elegance is evident in every corner.
What truly sets it apart is the rooftop terrace—a 2,150-square-foot oasis complete with a living area, fire pit, hot tub, and breathtaking panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline and Bay. This historic yet modernized setting provides the perfect canvas for the region’s top designers to showcase their creative genius.

Meet the 2025 Designers
This year’s showcase brings together a stellar lineup of interior and landscape designers, each assigned a specific room to transform into their visionary masterpiece. Noteworthy participants include Jon de la Cruz redesigning the foyer, Geoffrey De Sousa crafting the living room, and Dustin Moore elevating the rooftop deck into a dreamy outdoor haven. From Lauren Berry’s sophisticated principal suite to Sabah Mansoor’s whimsical bedroom-playroom combination, each space is imagined to inspire and awe.

An Event for a Noble Cause
The San Francisco Decorator Showcase is not just an exhibition of design brilliance—it is a heartfelt initiative supporting the UHS Financial Aid Program. Since its inception, the event has raised over $19 million, providing essential financial aid to deserving students.
This year alone, UHS will award $5.4 million in grants to nearly a quarter of its student body, with these grants averaging 73% coverage of tuition costs. Participating in the showcase means actively contributing to a brighter future for students across the San Francisco Bay Area.
