Meals on Wheels SF Hosts Blowout Crowd at Star Chefs & Vintners Gala 2025

More than 650 friends and supporters made their way to Fort Mason Center on May 18 for the 37th Annual Star Chefs & Vintners Gala to benefit Meals on Wheels San Francisco. It was an exciting night filled with food and fun that brought together the Bay Area’s top culinary talent to support a worthy cause. The night raised $6 million to fund home-delivered meals and wellness services for seniors in need across San Francisco and Northern San Mateo Counties.

The night was a true celebration of purpose and community, from the exquisite dishes prepared by over 70 of Northern California’s finest chefs, to the world-class wines poured by more than 60 sommeliers and vintners. In addition to a three-course dinner, guests enjoyed an exciting live auction offering once-in-a-lifetime experiences like a Warriors VIP Experience package and Ultra-Exclusive Burgundy Wine Experience with wine ambassador Greg Gregory. After the evening’s official program wrapped up, the night was capped off with an afterparty and dancing. The dazzling event made history for Meals on Wheels San Francisco, breaking the fundraising record set last year by over $2 million.

The event featured a hors d’oeuvre and wine reception, a sit-down, three-course dinner, and a lavish dessert reception.
