Noz Nozawa Unveils Luxurious Jewelry-Inspired Lighting Designs

San Francisco-based designer Noz Nozawa brightened the day of some lucky guests, as she hosted the unveiling of her new design collaboration with Corbett Lighting. On June 20 partygoers got the first look at the jewelry-inspired lighting fixtures on display in an immersive installation.

Sipping Health-Ade Kombucha, noshing on caviar from The Caviar Co., and enjoying delectable bites from Hilda and Jesse, attendees perused the sixteen luxurious new pieces, including sconces, chandeliers and pendants. Each family in the collection is named after its jewelry inspiration, such as the Bezel and Riviere, and the pieces feature fanciful details like the draped gold chain of the Lariat chandelier. A repeated motif throughout the collection is the mariner link chain, and guests left the party with custom pendants created from the chains as keepsakes from the evening.

Despite some whimsical details, these fixtures are no mere bagatelles– Corbett Lighting is known for its high quality and use of luxury materials, and for adding refinement and creativity to personal living spaces. As Noz said, “Hosting a launch party for my debut lighting collection with Corbett was the absolute best way to celebrate my ten year design anniversary! It’s an honor to get to illuminate and inspire other design enthusiasts’ visions for their own space.”
