Save the Date for The Boca Raton’s Artisans of Wine & Food

Imagine escaping the cold of winter and heading to the warmth of Florida – sounds perfect, right? Mark your calendars for January 17–19, 2025, when Napa Valley Vintners and The Boca Raton will team up for the highly anticipated Artisans of Wine & Food weekend. This unique event will bring more than 75 prestigious winemakers, more than 20 Michelin-starred chefs, and a series of immersive experiences to South Florida for a weekend of fine wine, exquisite cuisine, and a celebration that promises to become a must-attend annual gathering.

Staying at The Boca Raton is an experience in itself. Originally opened in 1926 as The Ritz-Carlton Cloister Inn, this resort and private club is celebrating its 100th anniversary with a remarkable evolution. The property spans 200 waterfront acres and features five distinct hotels: Cloister, Yacht Club, Beach Club, Tower, and Bungalows. Guests will enjoy a range of luxurious amenities, including a private beach, the Forbes Five-Star Spa Palmera, an 18-hole golf course, a full-service marina, 14 tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts, seven swimming pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Artisans of Wine & Food attendees will be invited to explore and enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

This multi-day event, presented by Capital One, will be orchestrated by some of the most celebrated culinary talents in the world. Expect to see legendary Chef David Breeden, famous Chef Mario Carbone, and an exclusive dinner featuring an all-female lineup of top chefs paired with female-owned wineries.

The weekend culminates in a spectacular gala, where guests will indulge in a four-course dinner curated by Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi, of Washington D.C.’s Fiola and Boca Raton’s Fiolina Ristorante. As the evening unfolds, attendees can participate in an exclusive auction offering rare wines, luxury experiences, and one-of-a-kind getaways, hosted by international auctioneer Jacqueline Towers-Perkins.

The Great Cabernets of Napa Valley: A four-course dinner featuring big bottle cabs and modern chophouse fare by Chefs Will Cox, Nathan Rich, Chris Huerta, and Adam Young.

Bella Notte: A festive Italian dinner with Chef Carbone of Michelin-starred Carbone and ZZ’s Clam Bar.

Dinner En Plein Air: A celebration of female chefs and vintners featuring Jennifer Backman, Sarah Steffan, Lindsay Autry, and Pastry Chef Jessica Quiet.

Premiere Napa Valley: A barrel tasting of Napa’s rarest wines, paired with a multi-course menu by Michelin-starred chefs Stéphane Andrieux and Sebastien Feneyrol.

Vintners Invitational Golf Tournament: Tee off with chefs and vintners for a friendly golf competition at The Boca Raton Golf Club.

Winemaker Series: A collection of intimate educational tastings led by Napa Valley’s top winemakers, discussing the region’s terroir, signature wines, and more.

Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion: Sample over 125 world-class wines from more than 20 top restaurants while enjoying the grand lawn.

Modern Meritage: A unique culinary experience where 12 celebrated chefs prepare their favorite burger recipes paired with craft beer.

Yacht Tour of Lake Boca: Relax on a chartered yacht, sipping world-class wines with vintners and enjoying intimate conversations.

Sip & Shop: Explore six upscale boutiques from Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue (Brioni, Carolina Herrera, Anne Fontaine, and others) while sipping sparkling wine and rosé.

Charity Auction & Gala: featuring a four-course dinner directed by Fabio Trabocchi, Michelin-Starred Chef and Restaurateur of Washington DC’s Fiola and Boca Raton’s Fiolina Ristorante: Bid on artisan-crafted bottles, luxurious delights, and bespoke getaways. Auction led by Towers-Perkins, with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and Napa Valley.

Southern Brunch Experience: A festive farewell brunch hosted by BBQ legend Jack Arnold, with live jazz music and a sparkling wine bar.
