This year’s San Francisco Decorator Showcase launched on April 24 with an exclusive Patron Preview Gala, followed by the Friday Night Opening Party on the 25th. Attendees mingled with the 2025 designers, sipped wine and enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres, all while experiencing an immersive, one-of-a-kind design showhouse. During the Patron Preview guests enjoyed Rue de Rêve Apéritif spritzes, Moura Albariño from Mythical Wine, caviar, oysters and a classic steakhouse food station.
Lucky partygoers also got an exclusive preview of the fully transformed residence at 2935 Pacific Avenue, located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood. Built in 1902 by architect T. Paterson Ross, the property was fully renovated in 2009, and spans 9,400-square-foot across five levels of gracious living spaces, lush gardens, and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the skyline and Bay. These Decorator Showcase events support the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid Program, raising over $19 million since Showcase’s inception and providing hundreds of deserving Bay Area students with access to a quality college preparatory education.
