Stephen Silver Partners with MB&F LAB for New Menlo Park Boutique

On January 23 patrons of the Villa Menlo Park were on hand for an exciting ribbon cutting that’s bringing rare and luxury timepieces to Silicon Valley. The MB&F LAB Silicon Valley boutique invites visitors to explore an extensive collection MB&F’s own original horological creations, including complex timepieces, conceptual desk clocks and mechanical sculptures. MB&F, the world’s first “horological concept laboratory,” specializes in experimental watchmaking that aims to deconstruct traditional timepieces, while still providing high-end clients with the luxury they crave. 

At the boutique opening MB&F founder Maximilian Büsser–a Harry Winston alum–joined Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry president Jared Silver to welcome collectors, clients, and friends to the official launch of the new space. The lucky guests got a first look at a dazzling array of complex timepieces, conceptual desk clocks and mechanical sculptures – in one of the world’s only MB&F LABs. As Jared Silver said, “From the beginning, it was clear that this radical, forward-thinking independent brand, MB&F, belonged in the most innovative part of the world, Silicon Valley – and at The Villa Menlo Park.”
