Opening this October, Ciel Dubai Marina will be the world’s tallest hotel, offering luxury stays, panoramic views, sky-high dining, and the world’s highest infinity pool.

Ciel Dubai Marina, the world’s tallest hotel at 365 metres (approximately 1,200 feet), will welcome guests from October 2025. As a comparison, the height of the building is nearly the same as the Empire State Building without its radio antenna.
The luxury five-star, 1,004-room property is located in Dubai Marina and spans 82 floors.
Its design is inspired by the four elements of earth, water, fire and air, with rooms featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass windows, offering views over the Gulf. Guests will also be able to enjoy stunning views from the sky-high Observation Deck on the 81st floor.
The hotel offers intimate event spaces, while there will be more than 10 different food & beverage offerings in multiple restaurants, featuring eastern and western culinary experiences. An immersive guest experience includes a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a sophisticated guest lounge and luxury spa, and a dedicated podium and children’s pool. Guests can also enjoy a state-of-the-art gym and a spa, while an infinity pool will be on the 76th floor, set to become the world’s highest pool of its kind.
The hotel will be operated by The First Group Hospitality, which manages a number of hotels in Dubai, including Tryp by Wyndham Dubai, The First Collection Business Bay and The First Collection Marina.
