Jessica Silverman opened the doors of her Chinatown gallery on January 23, to raise a glass to the artists represented in her booth at this year’s FOG Design+Art Fair. Gathered among the gallery’s current shows by Davina Semo and Julie Buffalohead, art lovers reflected back on the works they’d seen at Silverman’s Booth 110. The carefully curated exhibit, titled “Come Rain or Shine,” explored weather as used as a metaphor for social and psychological states.
As the artists, collectors, and dealers sipped cocktails courtesy of Rye on the Road, talk turned to the exciting artists represented at the 2025 booth, including a new series of sculptures from Andrea Bowers, and Woven tapestries by Pae White and Margo Wolowiec. Also represented were photographs by Sadie Barnette, Isaac Julien and Catherine Wagner, each artist representing distinct aspects of our environment and atmosphere.
